This tool is lightweight and made with latex professional-strength resistance tubing protected by a durable fabric sleeve. This outer sleeve restricts over-stretching and helps protect the resistance tubing from nicks and cuts that occur from regular use while providing the athlete an extra degree of protection from "snap-back" recoiling should the tubing fail during use.
