Giant Flat Band | Bands for Pullups, Stretching, or Resisted Body Weight Exercises

The Giant Flat Band Loop is a great resistance tool for general conditioning, sport-specific exercises, strengthening, and rehabilitation. It is also a very effective tool for unassisted stretching to enhance mobility and flexibility.

These functional fitness bands can be used virtually anywhere. Using it in conjunction with other conditioning accessories takes exercises that have become routine to the next level by making the exercise more challenging.

The Giant Flat Band Loop is available in six resistances:

  • The .25" X 41" Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 10lb
  • The .5" X 41" 'Light' Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 25lb
  • The .5" X 41" 'Heavy' Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 35lb
  • The 1.125" X 41" Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 50lb
  • The 1.75" X 41" Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 75lb
  • The 2.5" X 41" Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 100lb

The Giant Flat Band Loops are ideal for resistance exercises to improve flexibility, stretching, and bodyweight training.
