The SP77 Varsity Shield is loaded with features requested by football coaches and incorporated by our technical staff. Most obvious, is the attack area for hand positioning clearly defined by the contrasting color stripes in the armpit area of the shield. Inside, the SP77 features dual density construction, with a solid inner core of high-density polyethylene foam. This shield won’t break down and turn to mush, but the competition will.
